Information about maximizing your instantaccess experience from various platforms and operating systems

Mobile devices: You can view instantaccess content from any recently updated web browser or mobile device. Depending on the size of your screen, you may have to pinch or expand your screen to see all of your content.

Web Browsers: Please use the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or a modern mobile browser such as Mobile Safari. To participate in video webinars, which use WebRTC technology, browsers functioning with operating systems that support WebRTC should be used. 
Important Note for Safari users:The Apple-approved Safari browser does not currently support WebRTC technology. This means that you will not be able to access or participate in video webinars from any device which uses Safari as its only available web browser. This includes iPhones, iPads, and any other iOS mobile devices.

Operating Systems: Please use the latest two versions of Windows or Mac.

Important note for Windows Edge users looking to download documents: Windows Edge users, your Edge SmartScreen Filter may be blocking the ability to download. Please change this setting. In Edge, click in the Menu and select Settings > View Advanced Settiongs. Scroll to the bottomm and turn off the setting that says "Help protect me from malicious sites and downloads."
