I forgot my password, how do I get it back?

Select the Home button on the top left-hand corner of the screen.  This will take you to the initial sign-in page.  Select Already A Member – Log In Here button in the center of the screen.  At the bottom of that page, select Click Here to reset your password. As a security measure, you must know the user name and email address for your account.  Enter the information and password reset instructions will be sent to you via email.

I forgot my password and do not know my username and/or email account that I used when I registered.  What should I do?

How do I find specific information?

Use Search at the top-right hand corner of the screen.  You may search for specific documents, Micro Learning lessons or general topics (ex: search engagement and you will see all documents, courses and information related to engagement).

  

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel your subscription, Select My Account then select Subscriptions, click to View, in Profile Properties select Change and under new status select Cancel.  Add a checkmark in the confirm status box and select Save. 

 


How Do I Request A Product Refund or Purchase Refund (not my subscription)?

Send an email to admin@instantaccess.guru with the reason for your return, dissatisfaction or cancellation.  Your purchase price will be refunded, i.e. your account will be credited for the purchase cost within 3 business days.
